TreeTop Adventure Park seeks responsible, fit people to fill the following positions.

  • Site Manager (High Rope Course exerience necessary)

This is a permanent full time position requiring weekend, school/public holiday work and the occasional night actvities. Duties include but are not limited to: site management (ensuring a smooth and efficient running of the site on a day-to-day and long term basis); customer service (compliments and complaints); health and safety of customers (including instruction, monitoring and advanced rescuing where necessary);health and safety of staff (making sure OH+S standards and SOP are followed at all times); financial management; marketing and site development.

The successful applicant will have these essential skills and attributes: management experience, exceptional customer service, and a mature outlook. A first aid certificate is essential (or the capacity to obtain one). A passion for the outdoors and experience in the high ropes industry would be an advantage.

  • Instructor (High Rope Course experience necessary)
  • Senior Instructor (High Rope Course experience necessary)

These are casual positions with the main hours to be worked being on weekends and public/school holidays. Structured on-the-job training and assessment will be provided. The roles involve delivering exceptional customer service; harnessing; instructing, monitoring and if suitable, rescuing customers on the course. There could be opportunties to take on a bigger or more permananent role as the company develops.

  • Front Desk Assistant

The role involves delivering exceptional customer service, using the online booking system, and occasionally assisting with harnessing.
