Hello, I just wanted to provide some feedback from our visit to Tree Top Adventure Park this afternoon. In total there were 4 adults and 3 kids (3,4&7) for the 1.30 session. We all had the best time, even though the adults didn't participate. The kids were very challenged but enjoyed every step of the way. Also well done to the staff, very attentive and professional without being in your face about rules etc. We were already planning our next visit whilst we were driving out to the park. Thanks again.

I just wanted to say thank you so much for opening your park to us on Sunday. We are one of the families who took part in International Childhood Cancer Day at your Newcastle park on Sunday. Our daughter, Victoria, was diagnosed and operated on for a brain tumour in January 2011, when she was 3.5yrs old. Victoria was so keen to have a go at the course, and even though she found some of the course very difficult (one of your workers had to help her through half of it), she loved the flying fox part. It was also great to see Victoria’s older brother and sister having fun on the course too, as they have felt the impact of Victoria’s illness in different ways. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to enjoy a fun day out as a family. It was a memorable day, during a difficult journey. Thank you for your generosity.

The feedback is we all had a great time many said how challenging it was and were surprised how high up they were in certain stages. Definitely most were out of their comfort zone and it was great to hear the shouts of encouragement and team work on the day. I just wanted to write a words of thanks for the magnificent experience your organization gave our family last Sunday. My son had a ball on the child's area whilst my husband and daughter were challenged on the adult course. Although short staffed I was amazed by the courtesy and professionalism shown by all staff members. They did not stop! The course itself is amazing. It was so heartening to see how light the impact is on the bush land. Whilst taking photos of the family I was amazed to see plant and bird life that I'd never seen before. Thank you for such a wonderful experience and please pass our thanks on to your staff, particularly Matt who had a fantastic approach with the kids.

The experience is great. I loved it. My kids loved it. Been there twice now, and were planning on going back again this summer. When you take on the treetop adventure, you should be prepared to get bruised. My leg got bruised, my wife cut her finger, but all was part of the fun.

I went to the Tree Top adventure park a few weeks ago and it was probably the best experience of my entire life. I did it with my dad and he even enjoyed it that much too. I can't wait for all my friends to experience this for my birthday this year. They will probably want to do it again and again and again.

I wanted to pass on my appreciation for the great time we all had at TreeTops last Saturday afternoon. It was my son’s 9th birthday party, and he and all of his friends, plus his 6 and 4 year old sisters, had an absolute ball. I have a strong feeling we will be back in the years to come so he and his mates can try out the more challenging courses. 6-year-old Imogen also wants to have a party there with her friends, and 4 year old Bianca is still so proud of herself for completing the orange course and the big “Flying Frost”.

We had a booking at TTAP on the 26/1/11 and i just want to thank the team who were there on that day. This team were just fantastic and enthusiastic even though the heat was just wilting the visitors (thats us). The little children just loved the course and cann't wait to come back to the new course. Treetop Adventure Park’s staff were excellent with my small group that participated in the course. They supplied great training that ensured the safety of my group, which took all the worry about the heights out of it, leaving us to just enjoy the fun and adventure of the course. I would recommend this to families or groups just looking for fun, But also as a business owner I can see it’s great for team building, as you had to encourage and support those around you. This was a safe and exciting first visit but I can assure you it won’t be my last. Thanks to the great team at Treetop Adventure Park for the great day.

Hey guys,
We LOVED it. What a day!! What a place!! All ages are covered right from our three year olds to our mums and dads. Everyone could participate, laugh, encourage, and feel proud when they had made the end of the course. The staff were lovely and very patient especially when it came time to get all the gear on and take that first step amongst the trees. We will certainly be back!
