Have you got a public liability insurance?
Yes we do. You can request a certificate of currency by phone or email.
What happens if it rains?
In case of bad weather, the park will remain open and activities will happen as usual. TreeTop Adventure Park is a lot of fun even in the rain. In case of thunder or heavy wind, the park will close until conditions improve. In that case and if you have not been able to complete the courses, you will receive a complimentary pass.
I am not participating in the activities; do I have to pay the entry fee?
No, you do not have to pay unless you participate. The park has path under every course and you are welcome to follow around.
How far are you from Sydney CBD?
Depending on traffic. Usually 1 hour.
Do we need to book?
No, but it is always preferable as there are limited spaces on the courses. If you come and the session is fully booked, you might have to come back another time.
How long does it take?
The children under 10 can usually do the yellow course a few times and are limited to 1.5 hour due to fatigue. It usually takes about 2 to 3 hours to complete the 4 adult’s courses but the time spent will depend on your fitness and the number of people in your group.
Can we do more than 1 course with the entry fee?
The entry fee covers the yellow course for the under 10, the green, blue, and red courses for the juniors (from 10 to 16 years old) and the green, blue, red and black courses for the 16 and over. This is for safety reasons. We recommend you do not undertake a more difficult course if you have struggled too much with the previous one. For safety reasons, each course can only be completed once, except for the yellow course.
